What is running today?
A static information site and fictional demonstration are public. The offline prototype supports selected stored transfer records, bounded forward paths and synthetic launch relationships. It does not continuously collect blockchain data.

Rough estimates, not launch dates
The September 2026 draft white paper estimates private monitoring in about 1–2 months, public findings in about 4–8 months, and a possible coin decision in about 18–24 months, if the required stages succeed. Those are unvalidated planning ranges. Completion checks, not the calendar, determine progress.
The information website available now is separate from the later public evidence product.
Coverage and gaps
Solana is the first target. Stage 2 must name each supported network, program and decoder, source commitment, observation window and known gap. A market listing is not evidence of protocol coverage.
Token lifecycle, launch-role, liquidity, swap and bridge interpretation need their own validated decoders. Missing history remains unknown. A safe aggregate status feed will be added after a live observer exists.
Nodes and operators
Outside operator participation belongs to Stage 5. There is no public node download, reward program or validator enrollment yet. Multiple services run by one owner do not count as independent operators.
